Bargaining Unit Council 9 (BUC 9) is the unit-based representation at the statewide level of CSUEU for Unit 9 bargaining unit members. The Chair and Vice Chair of the BUC 9 are on the CSUEU Board of Directors, the bargaining team, the Representation Committee. The next BUC elections will be held the same day as other statewide officer elections: Sunday, June 28, 2009, at the CSUEU Board of Directors meeting in Millbrae, California.
Meetings are generally open. Agendas are sent in advance to each chapter's president and bargaining unit representative, and posted to Unit 9 News. The chair's reports are delivered at the Board of Director's meeting, sent to chapter presidents and bargaining unit representatives, and posted to Unit 9 News.
