- represents Unit 4.
- California Faculty Association (CFA)
- represents Unit 3, which includes professors, lecturers, librarians, counselors, and coaches who teach in the CSU system. Local 1983 of SEIU.
- International Union of Operating Engineers Local 39 – represents Unit 10, composed of a variety of trades classifications at the California Maritime Academy.
- SEIU Local 790 (now appears to be part of Local 1021) – represents Unit 12, composed of Head Start employees at San Francisco State.
- State Employees Trades Council (SETC) – represents employees in Unit 6 (skilled trades).
- Statewide University Police Association (SUPA) – represents Unit 8 (campus police).
- UAW Local 4123 – represents Unit 11, composed of teaching associates (TAs), graduate assistants (GAs) and instructional student assistants (ISAs).

1000 of SEIU represents almost 90,0000 civil service employees of the
State of California. Previously known as the Civil Service Division of CSEA.

- CSEA Retirees, Inc., represents retired state employees
regardless of where they worked.
- C-MAC – CSEA-MAC, or California State Employee's Association Member Action Committee. CSEUEU and other CSEA members can donate an extra amount to C-MAC monthly for political activity. C-MAC information from Cal-Access (site operated by the California Secretary of State).
