Addressing the Board of Trustees

You can address the CSU Board of Trustees yourself. As long as you are speaking for yourself, and not claiming to represent CSUEU, you don't need to check with anybody.

The Board consists of 10 committees which typically meet over two days, ending with the plenary session at 11:00 a.m. on the second day. Check the meeting schedule for the dates you're interested in for specifics.

The Board is governed by the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. You have the right to address the Board on any subject pertaining to the CSU. You also have the right to address any committee on any subject matter pertaining to that committee.

The CSU requires you to request to be added to the speakers list two days in advance. Check the meeting schedule in the Agendas section for contact information. Also see Rules of Procedure, section 8:
